Summary

KV-R5 Kinematic Viscosity Tester is designed and made as per the industrial standard of People's Republic of China SY/T5651 Technical Condition of Petroleum Products Kinematic Viscosity Tester, GB/T 265 Petroleum products-Determination of kinematic viscosity and calculation of dynamic viscosity and ASTM D445 Standard Test Method for Kinematic Viscosity of Transparent and Opaque Liquids.
It is suitable to determine kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products (Newtonian fluids) by measuring the time for a volume of liquid to flow under gravity through a calibrated glass capillary viscometer at a constant temperature.

Principle:Under certain constant temperature,measure flow time of liquid with specified volume through one calibrated glass capillary,multiplication of capillary constant and flow time is the kinematic viscosity of this liquid under that temperature.

1.The heating bath is made of glass,which is easy to observe.

2.This Kinematic Viscosity Tester uses integrated structure,easy operation.

3.Two layers bath preserve heat effectively,inner bath Φ300×300mm.

4.4 samples can be tested simultaneously as parallel test.

5.Big power solid relay controls output,no voltage leakage.

6.There is stirrer above electronic heating bath.

7.Kinematic Viscosity Tester uses stainless steel heater.

8.The temperature controller displays heating status.
